the model
A 4B local model is capable, not magic. It is slower and less clever than a cloud frontier model — that is the trade for privacy, and the device says so.
the wait
Every unit is built after you order, burned in for at least 24 hours, and tested. That is why it is 7–10 business days, not next-day.
the batch
Production runs in small batches — this one is 10 units. When it fills, ordering closes until the next batch opens.
the builder
One person builds these. Support is email, answered by the person who built your unit.
What happens after you order

You pay once. Then your unit gets built.

01 / RESERVED

Payment confirmed

Stripe takes payment and a receipt lands in your inbox. Your order takes one of the batch's production slots the moment payment clears — never before.

02 / BUILT

Assembled, burned in, tested

Your unit is assembled, flashed, run for at least 24 hours, and checked against the same numbers on the proof page. Nothing ships that hasn't already lived.

03 / SHIPPED

Tracking to your email

Within 7–10 business days of payment it leaves with a tracking number. If production ever slips, you hear from me before the window closes — and you can cancel for a full refund.
