A private AI assistant for small offices

How small offices use it

• Ask your own documents. Add PDFs or text from any computer on the office network, then ask about them. Answers cite the file and page.
• Scan the paperwork. Photograph a receipt, an invoice or a letter; it reads the text on the device and files it, and answers cite the photo.
• Dictate the notes. Record a thought in Notes in clips of up to 60 seconds. Review the recognized text and any AI draft before keeping it. This is not a continuous meeting-recording service.
• A memory for the desk: decisions, preferences and who's waiting on what, readable and deletable on screen.
• Reminders and open loops that come from your own words and never invent busywork.
• One price, no seats: $799 once, with no subscription and no account.

Honest limits

It's one appliance on one desk, not a multi-user business system, and it makes no compliance or certification claims. Check your own obligations before putting regulated data anywhere. The model is small, so answers take tens of seconds and can be wrong, and the device always shows which brain answered.
