THE ACTUAL BILL OF MATERIALS · FOUNDER'S BATCH BUILD · PRICES AS PAID, AUGUST 2026

Nobody publishes their BOM. Here's ours — every part in the box and what it actually costs, because you can price a Pi 5 in your sleep anyway, and because "what's the markup?" is a fair question that deserves numbers instead of vibes.

Prices move — this table is what we actually paid for the founder's batch, updated when reality changes. If a later batch costs more to build, the price ladder will be announced with this same table, not hidden in it.

So: roughly a hundred dollars a unit, hand-built, burn-in tested, numbered and signed. If that reads as a ripoff, we'd genuinely rather you build your own — the parts list is right there, and the product is designed to outlive us either way. This price exists so the person building them can keep building them.
